1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing www.nexisgrowth.com.au or subscribing to any Nexis Growth software, AI telephony, or automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use our services.
2. Description of Service & AI Nature
Nexis Growth supplies conversational AI reception, automated customer inquiries handling, telephony integration, and business workflow software ("Nexis AI"). Clients acknowledge that Nexis AI is an automated software system configured using client-provided facts, FAQs, and rules. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all instructions, operating hours, and guidelines provided to Nexis Growth are accurate and up to date.
3. Acceptable Use & Client Warranties
Clients agree not to utilize Nexis AI for unlawful robocalling, deceptive marketing, harassment, impersonation of regulated licensed professionals without proper disclosures, or processing unauthorized medical/financial transactions.
4. Limitation of Liability
Nexis AI provides conversational assistance and structured lead collection. Unless an active direct verified integration has been explicitly configured and verified, Nexis Growth is not liable for missed calendar conflicts, third-party carrier outages, or telecommunications carrier downtime.
