1. General Policy
Due to the ongoing provisioning of dedicated telecommunications numbers, carrier fees, and cloud computing resources, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Defective Service & Technical Disruption
If a client experiences verified platform non-performance due to an unresolved technical fault on our end, Nexis Growth will investigate and may issue a prorated service credit or refund at its discretion.
3. Requesting a Review
To request an account review or billing adjustment, contact support@nexisgrowth.com with your account email and transaction reference.
