Starter and Growth give you configured software and automation our team sets up and manages. Scale and Enterprise add real, human-delivered digital marketing — SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content and reporting — performed by our team to agreed monthly deliverables. We don't describe a service as “managed” unless the subscription includes real human delivery, and we never promise first-page Google rankings, guaranteed leads or guaranteed revenue.

Are AI interactions included in my plan?
AI chat is included on Growth, Scale and Enterprise subject to your plan's configured allowances; AI voice reception is included on Growth and above subject to standard voice-minute allowances. Premium voice and other optional AI services are separately priced. We confirm the exact allowances during onboarding against your plan configuration rather than advertising fixed limits.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. Each plan has a one-time, done-for-you setup fee — $300 for Starter, $500 for Growth, $800 for Scale, and $1,200 for Enterprise. It covers building and connecting your system so you don't have to.
How does billing work, and what about usage costs?
Subscriptions bill monthly or annually (save 15% on annual). Usage costs — SMS and MMS, phone-number rental, call and voice minutes, carrier charges, AI usage beyond your plan allowances, email delivery limits, and third-party subscriptions (such as Shopify or ad-platform fees) — are billed separately at the rates in your service agreement. Any change to an agreed rate is communicated in writing in advance, so usage-based charges are never a surprise.
What's the difference between software access and managed marketing?
Starter and Growth give you configured software and automation that our team sets up. Scale and Enterprise add real, human-delivered managed digital marketing — SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content and reporting — performed by our team to agreed monthly deliverables. Advertising spend is always separate from Nexis Growth management fees.
Is Shopify included?
Shopify is an optional integration for eligible e-commerce businesses, available on Growth and above. We connect customer and lead workflows and automate follow-ups where a supported integration permits. Shopify subscriptions and app fees are separate unless explicitly included. We don't claim full two-way product, inventory or order sync unless it is implemented and tested.
What is the refund policy?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Where a verified technical fault on our side causes service non-performance, we may issue a prorated service credit or refund at our discretion. Please read our Refund Policy for full details before subscribing.
Do I have to set everything up myself?
No. Setup is done-for-you. We build and connect your AI receptionist, CRM, booking, payments and SMS, then manage it with you — so you never have to learn another platform.
