What this integration does

Shopify is an optional integration for eligible e-commerce businesses on Growth and above. Where a supported Shopify App / API connection is configured, we can connect customer and order data, follow up with opted-in customers, automate post-purchase communication, and recover eligible abandoned carts. We do not claim complete two-way product, inventory, order or customer synchronisation unless the integration is implemented and tested.
