Subscription, Billing & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans & Recurring Billing
Nexis Growth plans (Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise) are provided on a recurring subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing period unless written cancellation is provided prior to the renewal date.
2. Payment Methods & Processing
Payments are securely processed via verified payment gateways (such as Stripe). Subscription fees are charged in advance of the service period. Clients agree to maintain valid payment details on file.
3. Cancellation Process
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting support@nexisgrowth.com or through their account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. No further recurring charges will be incurred following confirmed cancellation.
